Which subscriptions do you find?
Digital ones: streaming, music, cloud storage, software and app-store subscriptions. Utility bills are not included.
Can you move money from my account?
No. Bank access is read-only by law. We can see payments, never make them.
Which banks and countries will work?
Most banks in Romania and across the EU, including Austria, Germany and Italy. You can connect several at once.
How does "Cancel for me" work?
You sign in to the service yourself in a secure window, then our assistant completes the cancellation while you watch. We never store that password.
What about subscriptions paid through Apple or Google?
Only Apple or Google can cancel those, so we take you straight to the right settings screen on your phone.
Why reconnect my bank every 180 days?
EU rules require you to renew your permission regularly. We remind you a few days before.
How do I delete my data?
Email privacy@nemonik.xyz and we delete it, including your waitlist entry. In the app it will be one click.
When does Subzero launch?
