Who we are

Subzero is a pre-launch project run by Andrei, based in Bucharest, Romania, who is responsible for your data. Contact: privacy@nemonik.xyz.

What we collect today

If you join the waitlist: your email, and the platform and bank country you choose. If you write to us: your name, email and message. No bank data is collected before launch.

Why

Only to tell you when Subzero launches and to answer your messages. We never sell or share your data.

Where and how long

Stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Waitlist entries are kept until six months after launch; messages for 180 days. Then they are deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing us, and you can complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority.

No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. One small cookie remembers your language, and your browser stores your light or dark choice. Nothing is shared with third parties.
